Contraindications:

You cannot use the MMS machine if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Pregnancy (After Three Months): The electromagnetic fields may affect fetal development.
  • Metal Implants: The magnetic stimulation can interfere with metal implants, causing potential displacement or malfunction.
  • Pacemaker or Stents: Magnetic fields can disrupt the function of pacemakers or interfere with the structural integrity of stents, potentially leading to life-threatening complications.
  • Use of Beta Blockers: If you are taking beta blockers, particularly those found in certain glaucoma eye drops (e.g., Betagan, Betamol, Timolol), the MMS machine may cause adverse reactions. These medications are often identifiable by a yellow or light blue cap.

Pre-Use Requirements:

  • Hydration: You must drink plenty of water before the session to help your body manage the intense muscle contractions.
  • Bathroom Use: Please use the bathroom before the session to ensure comfort during the treatment.
  • Medical Updates: If you receive any new information about your health, either before or after using the MMS machine, you must inform your trainer before continuing use of the equipment.

Post-Use Considerations:

  • Normal Reactions: It is normal to feel tired or sore after a session. The degree of soreness and tiredness varies from person to person and may last into the night following the treatment.

I’m 65 years old, and my journey with Natasha Boyer began on February 9, 2022. I initially came to her looking to regain strength, correct long-standing imbalances, and lose weight—I started at 230 lbs. But the biggest challenge was my lower back.
